Yes. GOAI is open to global developers, and key information is provided in both Chinese and English.
Finalist teams are expected to join the onsite finals in Hangzhou on September 22-23. Special arrangements for overseas teams will follow committee rules.
Yes, as long as usage, dependency boundaries and open-source parts are clearly explained. Reviewers will focus on innovation, open-source contribution, reproducibility and real value.
GOAI encourages teams to open code, models, tools, data-processing workflows and documentation as much as possible. Teams should clearly disclose licenses, third-party dependencies and IP boundaries.
